Actually he was in the audience for my talk on Beaumont and seemed to enjoy it, which meant a great deal to me. As you can imagine, having him there added to the discussion as well.

You don&#039;t by any chance know more about the Centipede Press editions of the three forthcoming offerings, do you? I am sure they will be beautiful editions but I am concerned about what appears to be the short number of printings.]]></description>

I&#039;m glad you recognized the Fort Corcoran/Fighting 69th photograph. I put that up because my blog focuses on New York, and I always wondered if anyone recognized it. BTW, I was at the 69th Regiment Armory on 25th Street a few ago and saw, among other things, the regimental flag.]]></description>
